Fix Process field showing with no workflow started on Chrome

      Description

      When you create a file and don't start a workflow the Process field should be hidden. On chrome the Process field is showed like Running.

      How to reproduce

      • Create a file on chrome
      • Look at the info of the file(Process is showing - Bug)
      • Open the same file on firefox(Process is hidden - ok)
