Review and fix ElasticSearch document version indexing

      Description

      We need to review all the "versionable" field and check they are indexed correctly.

      From my initial investigation it looks like the following fields aren't indexed:

      • ecm:versionDescription
      • ecm:versionCreated
      • ecm:proxyVersionableId => done by NXP-30266

      ecm:proxyVersionableId should only exists on proxies.
