install 9.10
install 9.10-HF02
install shibboleth invitation addon

result is:

find . -name nuxeo-stream*
./nxserver/lib/nuxeo-stream-9.10-HF02.jar
./nxserver/bundles/nuxeo-stream-9.10.jar
./packages/store/nuxeo-shibboleth-invitation-1.3.4/install/bundles/nuxeo-stream-9.10.jar
./packages/backup/nxserver/bundles/nuxeo-stream-9.10.jar

The issue lies in the marketplace package:
https://github.com/nuxeo/marketplace-shibboleth-invitation/tree/1.3_9.10

A similar issue has already been reported for 6.0 and 7.10 in ~~NXP-23242~~.

This prevents the automatic HF package build.
