Major In listings (ie. folderish content, searchs, etc.) it is not easy to understand the document type of items.
This information may be relevant to identify the correct document the user is searching for.
Proposed solution
Add a column with the same element/tag existent in the grid view. The Doctype column should appear after the title column and it can be hidden - see mockup attached.
Additionally, can be included a delayed tooltip over the document title, indicating the document type.
