webapp-core seam components make too restrictive permission checks

Seam components in nuxeo-platform-webapp-core often check for permission WRITE instead of WRITE_PROPERTIES which make it impossible to use custom profiles that must only have the rights to create / edit documents but do not have the right to remove them.
