      Description

      Manage incomplete translations on Web UI.

      We should maintain a list of incomplete translations to be excluded during the build. This list would be used on a different repo to bundle the incomplete translations on a separate addon akin to what already happens for JSF with https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-platform-lang-ext-incomplete.
