      Description

      How to reproduce:

      • unzip nuxeo-server-9.10-tomcat.zip
      • go to $NUXEO_HOME/bin and try to install Nuxeo Package nuxeo-jsf-ui with nuxeoctl

      Command nuxeoctl mp-install nuxeo-jsf-ui tries to install hot fixes, it should not:

      $ nuxeoctl mp-install nuxeo-jsf-ui
