Fix status servlet probe detection on exception

      Description

      The status servlet is not updating the probes' status correctly when the probe is throwing an exception, the old status (success or failure) is returned instead in these use cases.

      This is visible when working with a remote ES server, and this server fails: the connection exception prevents the ES probe from updating its status (see NXP-24361)
