Platform Explorer listings returned in French

I have installed platform-explorer-1.7.3 on an AWS instance running Nuxeo 9.10. Most of the main sections return page content in English (i.e. /nuxeo/site/distribution/server-9.10/listExtensionPoints, listContributions, listServices, listOperations, listComponents, listBundles). The right-most entry "Seam components" however returns something that causes Chrome to suggest that the page be translated from French into English (but I cannot determine what is causing that).

I noticed that https://explorer.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/distribution/Nuxeo%20Platform%20LTS%202017-9.10/listExtensionPoints is returned in English, along with listContributions, listServices and listOperations, but listComponents and listBundles (the two nearest right side of top menu) both prompt for translation from French to English).

This isn't a major problem, but rather an annoyance.
