      Description

      Cleaned up some issues in various pom.xml :

      • large <repositories> tags, present in parent pom and with same value
      • wrong <scm> tags, that point to git repositories currently archived, may be from before a git repository merge
      • empty <description> tags
      • various duplicated, unused tags
