"Download as zip" button should not be displayed for an empty container

      Description

      Since 9.10 (maybe FT 9.3) WebUI displays a button in the toolbar of folders allowing for downloading the whole content as a .zip file.

      This button is displayed even if the folder is empty, and generates an invalid zip.

      It should not be displayed for an empty container
