Missing username from DriveEdit URL

      Description

      A correct URL should be:

      nxdrive://edit/http/server:8080/nuxeo
/user/joe
/repo/default
/nxdocid/UID
/filename/document.rtf
/downloadUrl/nxfile/default/UID/file:content/Document.rtf

      But currently, the username part is missing.

      Also, I think it is safe to remove the property and Drive v1 behavior added by NXP-16625.
