Label styles not working after upgrade from 9.2 to 9.10

The metadata Layout Is not correctly displaying the labels. Please see the screenshots from 9.2 version and upgraded version. It seems some styling is now being added to the layout. I checked the layout of default ‘Video’ document layout but the same styling Is not being applied to out document type which was inherited from ‘Video’

I created a new document type in the upgraded version to check, The meta data is displaying like this. For now, in our layouts which we have upgraded I added the following to layouts and then it display correctly.

label { 
@apply --nuxeo-label; 
} 

It happens for only the document types for which meta data is displayed on the right panel ( like file, picture etc). It is OK for others where the meta data is now displayed in collapsible panel.
I think there must be a way to do it so that styling is applied to the layouts like it was in previous version.
