API docs enforce non-mandatory workflowInstanceId and workflowModelName

The built-in /api/v1/doc interface indicates that workflowInstanceId and workflowModelName are mandatory parameters (which they are not)

e.g http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/api/v1/task?userId=Administrator works ok (and is apparently how WebUI gets tasks for current user)
