Workmanager should replay only last replicated works

      Description

      In a DR scenario, Work may not have been run by the source system. Work will also be replicated but source offsets won't (and destination topics don't have the same offset anyway).
      When Nuxeo start on the recovery site, it has to replay the work for a given timeframe.

      Rather than explicitely running the restore command, the idea is to Restore the offset when the RedoApp shutdowns.
