Read-only users can visually remove tags added by other users.

Steps to reproduce:

• As Administrator, Power User or User with ReadWrite permission, create a File document and grant ReadOnly access to another User.
• Add tags to the document.
• Log out and log in as the ReadOnly user.
• Navigate to the document and remove all the tags.
  => Tags are visually removed.

Refreshing the page or navigating away from and back to the document brings back the tags, so they are never really removed, but User has the impression that he/she can remove them.

This is not reproduced in JSF: the delete buttons on each tag are not present when a Read Only user views tags added by another user.
