Can't access entire vocabulary list in Firefox or IE11

Using FF57, IE11 or Edge:

• Administration menu > Vocabularies > Select nature from vocabularies list.
• Scroll down to bottom of list
  => The full vocabulary list is cut off and can't be seen.
• Add a new entry to the vocabulary
• Scroll down to bottom of list
  => Can't see new vocabulary
  => Can't see new vocabulary if there are more than 50 entries in the category.

Cannot be reproduced on Chrome or Safari
