Release script must handle the Package specific maintenance branch naming

      Description

      Release/maintenance branches created for 9.10 packages are named with the to-be-released tag (eg https://github.com/nuxeo/marketplace-agenda/tree/1.5.4).
      For FT releases, the branch is discarded but for LTS it is kept as maintenance branch.
      Following https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/package-manifest/#versioning-policy the branch should only be named with major.minor.
