easyshare folder not showing all content in webui

when viewing the easyshare folder in webui (have checked both chrome and IE) not all content is displayed. I have added 3 items to the easyshare collection. When viewing via browse or via the collections action in the drawer, I see only 1 document (have viewed as the user who created and as the admin). The easy share public link page does show the 3 items and the json export of the easyshare folder shows the id's for the 3 items. on PC.
