Fix wrong DocumentModelImpl creation

      Description

      Since NXP-23267, instantiating a DocumentModel with the DocumentModelImpl constructor could lead to issues, especially on validation.

      Some commits were forgotten during NXP-23267 on addons.

      NOTE: these commits just concern tests.
