LiveConnect/OAuth2 admin page to report invalid credentials

      Description

      NXP-21550 and NXP-23755 are two situations were there are invalid credentials / tokens for LiveConnect access about which the current user cannot do anything.

      For now an ERROR is logged, but the problematic documents or credentials should be collected somewhere and made available in an admin screen so that an Administrator can correct them.

      The admin screen should provide various ways to correct all documents or a subset of them.
