      Description

      As a user with Read permission
      I want to access a document restore
      So that I can recognise it is trashed

      Proposed Solution

      If a user has ‘Read’ permissions on a deleted document he can access the document but cannot view it.

      This user will view a warning like the 404 indicated the document is trashed and to contact admin to restore it.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Given user has read permission on a document
      When accessing the document
      Then document view and pills are not visible

      Given user has read permission on a document
      When accessing the document
      Then a message indicates document as trashed and call for action to contact admin to restore
