Add a trash pill to folderish documents

Proposed solution
On folders (folderish documents), there should be displayed an action that will show deleted documents on that folder.
When activated the listing will only show deleted items.
For this first iteration, pill would be the best option.

Acceptance Criteria

Given I have read permission on a folderish document
When I navigate to that folder
Then I see an action for trash mode

Given I have read permission on a folderish document
When Press on trash mode
I see the list of deleted children

Given I have manage everything permission on a folderish document
When I am in the trash mode with documents selected
Then I see an action to premanently delete and restore
