Stream importer reduce number of metrics

The nuxeo-importer-stream from nuxeo-platform-importer is generating too many metrics per producer/consumer thread (timer, batch, batch failure counter).

As a results using hundred of threads (like 3 nodes with 50 consumer threads) generates thousands of metrics that overwhelm graphite or other metrics collector preventing to monitor mass import.
