Fix rendering of script.ftl when debugMode is false

In the segmentio-connector scipt.ftl, I introduced a debugMode boolean variable (see NXP-23624).
Problem is when this boolean is false, it is rendered as a blank string and it causes the JS script to be invalid.
=> The debugMode variable should be set as String directly in SegmentIOScriptResource#buildScript
