Server doesn't restart after setting notifications

Test environment: Docker compose test environment
Tested build: http://community.nuxeo.com/static/snapshots/nuxeo-server-9.3-I20171122_2314-tomcat.zip

Steps to reproduce:

• On JSF UI, go to ADMIN tab > sys info > Setup > Email Information
• Change the "Host Name for Transport" to: mail.in.nuxeo.com to receive notifications
• Click on Save
• Then click on Restart the server
  => the server never restarts

The following has evaluated to null or missing:
