Attachments drop area should be disable without write permission

      Description

      When user doesn't have write permissions the attachments drop area should be disabled.

      • Hide nuxeo-dropzone on nuxeo-document-attachments for document without write permissions.
      • Show message "No attachments" on nuxeo-document-attachments when there no attachments.
