[Edge] Fix navigation in Web UI

In Edge (v41) on Windows:

• Log in as Administrator
• Click on Administrator button
• Click on Users and Groups
  => nothing happens, still on Dashboard
• Click on any page from Administration menu
  => nothing happens, still on Dashboard
• Click on browse
• From the tree view in the drawer, click on Workspaces
  => nothing happens, still on Dashboard
• Click on Search
  => Search results page appears (but it's empty)
