Description

Using
Date-based 9.3 (2017-11-16) with JSF UI as only installed addon
Windows 10
Chrome
Redis
MongoDB

Activate dev mode
Start server
Follow wizard
Restart server
Login as Administrator
Using BDE, click on restart server

=> An error appears in the server.log and server is stopped but not restarted

Expected: server should restart
