Fix NOS registration from Wizard using IE11

In IE11, on Windows:

• go to http://localhost:8080/nuxeo
• follow wizard
• register to NOS account (enter username & password)
  => "Webpage not found" on https://nos-test-connect.nos.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/connect/wizardInstanceRegistration/authCallback?callbackUrl=undefined/nuxeo/site/connect/wizardInstanceRegistration/?wizardCallbackUrl=http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/ConnectCallback?cb=yes&ticket=ST-3-eJuaaLVW4gRJclrc40Tx-cas01.example.org. Can't select studio project.
