Fix drag and drop files to import

In Chrome on Linux:

• Log in as Administrator
• Create a workspace from within Workspaces
• Click on Create document button
• Click on import tab
• Select several text files from a local folder
• Drag and drop into dropzone
  => Nothing happens

Also, similar to NXP-23614 when we click inside the dropzone to select files
=> "progress bar" on each file animates without end (doesn't show progress or completion - NXP-23614)

• Click on Create button
  => documents are successfully created
