A consistent format for document ids should be used in Automation Scripting

Given a document type that contains a field of type Document, the platform sometimes provides the id as a plain UID and sometimes provides the id with the prefix "default:" in Automation Scripts. The former works fine. The latter causes subsequent automation commands to fail (e.g. Repository.GetDocument)

1) We should not provide data that causes commands to fail.
2) We should provide consistent data in Automation Scripting.

I will provide a reproducible example.
