Fix Drive download URLs

      Description

      The URLs to download the Drive client give a permission error: "You don't have permission to access /static/drive//latest/nuxeo-drive.msi on this server.".

      I don't think we have a URL without version that works anymore, so for 9.3 URLs will be:
