Simflofy/Nuxeo dependencies management

The following Nuxeo dependencies should be updated:

• `retrofit-2.2.0.jar`
• `okio-1.13.0.jar`
• `okhttp-3.6.0.jar`
• `nuxeo-java-client-3.0.0-RC1.jar`
• `nuxeo-java-client-cache-3.0.0-RC1.jar`

For now, those dependencies are updated/replaced by the `itest.xml` for the FT deployment. A sync should be done with the team to know how to handle dependencies in general with Simflofy (if it can be deployed by a shaded connector or not depending on the retrofit Simflofy usage for instance).
