Timeout for Mongodb checker should be configurable

      Description

      Currently the timeout to check mongodb connection is set to 1 second. When the latency to the Mongodb server is too high, then the check may fail and Nuxeo can't start.

      The default value should be set to something higher (5 seconds seems good) and made configurable thru nuxeo.conf
