Allow easily getting back the JSF UI when WEBUI is the default one

      Description

      The new WEB UI in Polymer does not show any link to the JSF UI if installed.
      As a consequence, a user trying to find the JSF backoffice with both UIs installed will have to navigate to a know JSF URL.

      Suggested solution: redirect to the JSF UI startup page when hitting URL /nuxeo/jsf
