Deploy Simflofy in a FT

FT Nuxeo Simflofy testing the migration of assets from FS to Nuxeo through Simflofy:

• Deploy a Tomcat server with Simflofy pre-configured
• Deploy a default Nuxeo server
• Deploy example binaries on FS in a specific location for Simflofy (importing maybe the files of one of the tomcat)
• Run Simflofy and Nuxeo
• Integrate nuxeo java client and simflofy java client
