Login provider links do not take URL fragment into account

      Description

      Links to login providers in our form are prebuilt server side which means they do not take into account URL fragments in the redirect URL. This could be fixed by introducing a new endpoint which would be called when clicking on a provider, allowing us to build the proper login link including the URL fragment.
