Random user search returns 500 error

      Description

      While investigating the cause of random failures on the Search User test, I managed to reproduce the following random problem approximately 1 in 10 times:

      • Get latest 9.3 snapshot with Web UI installed
      • Login as Admin
      • Create User:
        • username: jdoe
        • email: blah@blah.com
        • password: password
      • Click Create button
      • Type jdoe in the search field
        => There is nothing shown under Users.
        => I am somehow still able to navigate to a second page of results
      • Navigate to second page of user search results
        => Now I can see "No users match the entered criteria" message.
      • Navigate back to first page of user search results
        => I can see user jdoe in the user search results
