Fix document history page not showing results

      Description

      Document history page is not displaying results, because nuxeo-data-table is using Audit.QueryWithPageProvider that doesn't support range fetch API (used in all lazy loading listings).
      We need to add paginated fetching (with "infinite scrolling") to nuxeo-data-table: ELEMENTS-446
      Also some styles issues with heading card.
