Nuxeo Server blocks when restarting or reloading for the first time

      Description

      When you try to restart/reload you Nuxeo Server after the first start from Nuxeo itself (from browser extension or admin center), the server blocks.

      Note: once you killed your server the first time and then start it again, this doesn't happen for following restart/reload actions.
