      Description

      Use case: blobs are already in an S3 bucket

      Today there is no way to reference those blobs in the csv file.

      An improvement would be to be able to set a blob key in the file:content value of the csv file

      Something like:

      "file:content"
"s3blobprovider:theObjectKey"
