Nuxeo-sample must use chimp instead of nightwatch

it still better to use the same stack, and for now sample is using `nightwatch` versus `web-ui`, `dev-extension` that are using chmip to package `webdriver` and `test framework`.

Basically, we would like to push the use of BDD through `cucumber`; and `chimp` is doing it very well.
