Description

Create a new Picture document with no main blob
Set a breakpoint on PictureChangedListener#handleEvent
Go to the document and add an image file
Breakpoint will trigger - look at noPictureViews - it will be false

Repeat same thing in JSF UI and noPictureViews will be true
