Description

On MySQL four TestImport tests fail:

shouldCreateContainerOnceAfterTwoImportationsAsUpdateEnabled
shouldSkipInitialContainerCreationSkipped
testDocTypeMappingInImport
shouldImportWithNoBlobMapping

This is followup work similar to ~~NXP-17333~~.

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
	at java.util.ArrayList.get(ArrayList.java:429)
	at org.nuxeo.platform.scanimporter.tests.TestImport.shouldSkipInitialContainerCreationSkipped(TestImport.java:176)

java.lang.AssertionError: expected:<1> but was:<0>
	at org.nuxeo.platform.scanimporter.tests.TestImport.testDocTypeMappingInImport(TestImport.java:206)

java.lang.AssertionError: expected:<1> but was:<0>
	at org.nuxeo.platform.scanimporter.tests.TestImport.shouldImportWithNoBlobMapping(TestImport.java:238)
