Fix uninstall on hotreload

Uninstalling a Studio package, hot-reloadable, does remove the corresponding jar from the nxserver/bundles directory, but does not update runtime components, as everything in the UI behaves as if modules was not uninstalled.

Steps to reproduce:

• in admin > update center, install a snapshot clicking on "update" from the "nuxeo studio" tab
• navigate to the "workspace" main tab, and check that contributions from the Studio project are visible in the UI
• from "Local Packages", click on "uninstall" for the corresponding Studio project, and follow links until uninstall is performed
• navigate to the "workspace" main tab, and check that contributions from the Studio project are vstill isible in the UI
