Suggestion widgets are not working in JSF UI

      Description

      With the JSF UI, if you edit a file and try to set a value to the topic or coverage property, it does not work (no entry found). If you open mongo, the vocabularies are listed (>show collections)

      OS : Win7
      Reproduced in every web browser
