Import dialog > Apply properties on files being uploaded

When adding properties while files are being uploaded, apply to all and then create, the properties are applied on the files already uploaded only.

The heavier files – not uploaded yet when properties are added – don't inherit any property and the user is not warned about that.

It does not wait for the upload to finish and just triggers the call to create the documents
