make the number of thread configurable for the WEBM video conversion

by default the ffmpeg encoder only uses one thread which makes webm conversions very slow and creates a bottleneck in the video conversions queue. Adding more thread at the nuxeo level does not solve the problem as at some point all threads are taken by webm conversions.
