Adapt Web UI repositories for release with the platform

Current Web UI is set up as a plugin and the client application lives in its own repository.
In order for it to be released with the platform we will probably need to rearrange these repositories, if possible integrating both client application and bundle in a single repository to simplify things.
Having different release cycles makes it difficult to manage and align with the HF releases since these bring improvements to Web UI addons which might not be compatible with latest released Web UI.
